System.

component of these terms and conditions.
6. Termination
We maintain the privilege to promptly terminate or suspend your access to the System
without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you infringe upon these terms
and conditions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We cannot assure continuous availability, uninterrupted service, complete security, or
error-free operation of the System. Additionally, we do not warrant the correction of any
defects, nor do we guarantee that the System or its servers will be devoid of viruses or
other harmful elements.
8. Limitation of Liability
Msasane Holdings and its representatives will not be responsible for any indirect or
special damages, such as loss of profits or data, that may occur from your use of the
System.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We hold the sole authority to amend or substitute these terms and conditions as we see
fit. In the event of a substantial alteration, we commit to providing a minimum of 30 days'
notice before implementing any new terms. The determination of what constitutes a
significant change will be our sole responsibility.
